JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in various HR and accounting software systems to effectively oversee payroll management, benefits administration, and employee relations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Process, review, and analyze bi-weekly OR weekly payroll for both caregivers and administrative staff across multiple states
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations
  • Coordinate HR documentation, onboarding, and employee record management
  • Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure payroll accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality while providing excellent internal customer service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with multi-state payroll processing (homecare or healthcare experience a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of wage and hour laws, especially for hourly caregiver payroll
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Excel
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $65,382.39 - $76,783.09 per year
