Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will work collaboratively with both HR and Finance to provide support, administration and coordination across the entire employee lifecycle.

As the HR & Payroll Officer your key responsibilities include:

  • HRIS Administration
  • Weekly processing of Payroll, including auditing time and attendance records
  • Compliance, including Superannuation and Payroll Tax
  • Recruitment and Employee onboarding
  • Ad hoc employee queries
