JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide HR support in the following aspects: payroll, CPF-related matters, outsourcing review, salary proration, performance review, compensation and beefits, employee onboarding & offboarding, data reporting, employee relations, policy implementation, etc.
• Partner with and advise business leaders on all aspects of the employee life cycle and succession planning.
• Provide reports & metrics on HR issues to the business executives.
• Develop HR policies in line with local regulations.
• Enhance operational efficiency for the HR department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant degree with at least 5 years of HR payroll & operations experience in a Wholesale Bank.
• Strong expertise in handling in-house payroll and vendors.
• Internediate skills with the use of Microsoft Excel.
