You are the linchpin for both payroll administration and HR matters within a dynamic retail organization with more than 6,500 colleagues.

With your combined expertise, you ensure a flawless, timely, and future-oriented HR and payroll operation, and serve as a trusted point of contact for managers at all levels. You help safeguard the quality of the entire payroll administration, monitor financial reconciliations, and ensure that various reports are always processed correctly and on time. At the same time, you deal with HR topics such as employment law, recruitment & selection, and e-learning, possess broad knowledge of laws and regulations, and focus on employee benefits.

In an organization that is constantly evolving, you effortlessly switch between precise execution, practical advice, and identifying opportunities for improvement, thereby actively contributing to the optimization of processes within both HR and payroll.

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for an HR & Payroll Professional who thrives on responsibility and innovation. You are confident, have a hands-on mentality, and work well in a team.

Your profile:

• Higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level
• Residing in the Oosterhout area
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a broad HR role with a focus on payroll
• Minimum working hours of 32 hours per week
• Experience in a dynamic and growing organization
• Proactive, with fresh ideas to continuously improve processes
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word)
• Experience with AFAS is a major plus.

You will work at the office in Oosterhout, although you will occasionally travel to the Nijkerk office for meetings.
