HR Payroll Senior Analyst (GSC India) Reporting to: Senior Payroll Specialist / Payroll Lead (GSC) Job Description – HR Payroll Senior Analyst Location: India (GSC) The Payroll Analyst supports multi‑country payroll operations through accurate data processing, validations, and operational coordination with payroll vendors. The role is execution‑focused and operates under defined processes, controls, and supervision. Key Responsibilities * Support end‑to‑end payroll execution for assigned EMEA and AsiaPac countries through external vendors * Prepare, validate, and submit payroll input data including:  * New hires, terminations, compensation changes * Absences, leave, and statutory inputs * Perform pre‑payroll and post‑payroll validations to identify discrepancies and exceptions * Review payroll outputs against source data and flag variances for resolution * Respond to employee payroll queries within defined SLAs and escalation guidelines * Maintain accurate payroll and employee data in HRIS/HCM systems * Support payroll reconciliations, reports, and documentation required for Finance and audits * Adhere strictly to payroll calendars, standard operating procedures, and internal controls * Support continuous improvement initiatives such as documentation updates and process standardisation Key Requirements * 3–5 years of experience in payroll operations or HR shared services * Basic understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and data accuracy principles * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high‑volume data * Willingness to work across time zones and regional payroll cycles Skills & Tools * Payroll systems and vendor platforms (training provided) * HRIS / HCM exposure (Oracle HCM or equivalent – preferred) * MS Excel (basic to intermediate) * Strong data validation and documentation skills Languages * English – Mandatory * Additional languages – Nice to have (region dependent #LI-PB1 Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
