In dieser Funktion tragen Sie im Zweierteam die Verantwortung für die gesamte End-to-End-Lohnverarbeitung, gestalten Payroll-Prozesse aktiv mit und arbeiten mit modernen HR-Systemen wie Workday und SAP. HR Payroll Spezialist (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben: Selbstständige monatliche Lohnverarbeitung inklusive sämtlicher relevanter Mutationen (QST, PK, FAK, KTG/UTG, EO/MSE) für definierte Bereiche Durchführung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse, Erstellung von Quellensteuerabrechnungen sowie Durchführung von Kontoabstimmungen Verarbeitung von Taggeldern mittels UKA Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen zwischen Workday, SAP und UKA Mitarbeit in Projekten wie der Erarbeitung von HR-Kennzahlen, Statistiken und Reports oder der Optimierung von Payroll-Prozessen und -Systemen Fachliche Ansprechperson zu Themen wie Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuer, etc. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Services sowie HR Business Partnern Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Personal- und/oder Sozialversicherungswesen (z. B. Responsibilities

The HR Payroll Specialist is responsible for the entire end-to-end payroll processing and actively shapes payroll processes. This includes monthly payroll processing, handling various mutations, and collaborating with HR services and business partners.
