In this role, you will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle - from onboarding to offboarding - and ensure accurate HR processes and documentation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across different HR functions and play an important role in supporting our employees and managers. Sounds like you? YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You are taking care of personnel administration processes for our employees You can fully use your passion for administrative tasks: You take ownership of all HR-related documents throughout the employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding (e.g. employment contracts, work certificates, reports and evaluations, references, contract changes, etc.). You love structured and accurate work: You monitor document returns and maintaining correct and up-to-date data in our HR systems You are a team player: You collaborate closely with other People Management teams, such as Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HR Controlling, Payroll, etc. YOUR SKILLS MATTER Education You have successfully completed a bachelor or equivalent training, ideally with a focus on HR or Business Experience You bring relevant experience in HR administration or personnel services Technical Skills You are proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), experience with Workday is a plus Workstyle You work with discretion, accuracy, and attention to detail.
