To support that growth sustainably, we’re looking for a passionate HR & People Operations Lead to build and scale HR systems, drive talent initiatives, and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture. The Role Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies Develop people operations policies, handbooks, performance management systems Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR compliance Promote employee engagement, training, development, and wellness programs Oversee HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making Serve as trusted HR business partner to leadership and teams Ensure legal compliance and audit readiness (labor laws, OSHA, EEO) Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of progressive HR experience (startup or engineering environment preferred) Hands-on experience with recruiting, performance management, compensation Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices Experience implementing HR systems (HRIS, ATS) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and confidence in resolving conflicts Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, evolving environment Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long Term Disability Wellness Resources
