About the Role Imithea Medical Group manages one of the largest Secondary healthcare networks in Greece. We are seeking a motivated HR & People Operations Lead to join our team and support the full range of Human Resources functions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to both daily HR operations and the long-term development of our people and culture. The role is based in Rhodes. Main Responsibilities: Support the recruitment cycle (candidate sourcing, hiring process, onboarding). Manage employee records and update HR systems (HRIS, ERGANI). Monitor attendance, leave and other HR variables, and manage the time-tracking system to ensure accurate payroll input. Administer employee benefits and compensation. Calculate and monitor the annual payroll budget, prepare forecasts and conduct workforce cost analyses. Provide support to employees on HR-related matters (leave, benefits, policies). Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Payroll, Finance) to ensure smooth HR operations. Prepare and submit HR reports regarding departmental activities. Organize, coordinate and oversee performance evaluation processes, while supporting employee development and feedback initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role. Solid understanding of general HR policies, procedures, and employment/labor laws. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of PYLON HRM (Epsilon Net) & HRIS systems is a strong plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, Problem-solving skills. Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset; able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Additional HR training or certifications will be considered an advantage. A competitive compensation and benefits package.
