People Operations (HR) Own and improve core people operations processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, internal changes) Ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires, including documentation, equipment, and orientation Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems Support performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination (with external providers), and HR compliance Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions and support Office Management Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, safe, and well-organized workplace Manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, and service providers Coordinate office logistics, events, team off-sites, and internal meetings Act as the main point of contact for office-related requests and issues Support workplace policies, health & safety compliance, and office budgets Who are you? null You get bonus points for: null Requirements 2–4+ years of experience in office management, people operations or HR (combined experience strongly preferred) Proficient English level (written and spoken) – mandatory, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in an international environment Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently Why join SuperPlay: Be part of one of the fastest-growing product companies, with a competitive salary and regular performance reviews.
