Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Guide, coach, develop and support leaders/people managers on people topics and global leadership processes, enhancing the employee experience
  • Acting as a go-to trusted advisor, business HR liaison, coach and change agent for leaders/people managers, handling tactical people issues and topics
  • Ensure effective communication and implementation of change management initiatives, fostering high engagement and successful outcomes
  • Together with leaders/people managers collaborate on employee development, ensuring key workforce skills and capabilities are identified and developed to meet future market demand and business needs
  • Further encourage the company culture and engagement together with business and people leaders to support goal achievements, psychological safety and an inclusive work environment

  • Comfortable working across cultures and complexity
