Job Description The Role We’re looking for an experienced HR People Partner to join our team during an exciting period of growth and organisational change. This is a highly operational, hands-on HR role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with managers, supporting employee relations casework end-to-end, and helping deliver smooth integration of new teams through TUPE and acquisition activity. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a fair, consistent, and inclusive colleague experience across the business. What You’ll Be Doing In this varied and impactful role, you will: Provide practical HR guidance and coaching to managers across multiple sites. Manage a wide range of employee relations cases end-to-end, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, absence and performance matters. Support organisational change activity, restructuring and workforce transitions. Contribute to acquisition and integration projects, including TUPE transfers. Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation. Partner with leaders to resolve people issues effectively and fairly. Support wider People initiatives and project work as required in a fast-paced environment. Promote a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture across Wavenet. Qualifications What We’re Looking For We’d love to hear from candidates who bring: CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent practical experience). Strong background in an HR Partner/HRBP/HR Advisor role with significant ER exposure. Confidence in managing complex and sensitive employee relations matters. Experience supporting business change, transformation or restructuring. Understanding of TUPE and HR support during mergers or acquisitions. Excellent communication and influencing skills. A proactive, organised and adaptable approach. Commitment to inclusion, collaboration and continuous improvement.
