Job Description Provide end-to-end support throughout the employee journey — from onboarding to offboarding. Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, including onboarding, performance review, talent development, learning, compensation, and offboarding. Support team leads and managers in team building, motivation, and effective communication. Drive change management initiatives - help teams navigate growth, transformation, and restructuring periods. Shape and maintain a strong corporate culture that combines performance with empathy. Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, development) and make data-driven decisions. Organize regular feedback cycles, surveys, and engagement initiatives to strengthen team commitment and satisfaction. Qualifications 1+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HRBP, or People Partner. Deep understanding of HR processes and principles of effective team management. High emotional intelligence, openness, strong communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience working in a fast-changing or rapidly growing environment (startup or scale-up). Ability to combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. Knowledge of modern HR tools and systems such as ATS, HRIS, OKR frameworks, etc. Fluent Ukrainian.
