In this role, you will support key business functions by managing data, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency through insightful analysis.
This is an immediate, full-time, permanent position based in Prague, Czech Republic, or Budapest, Hungary.

Responsibilities
  • Drive data quality initiatives within central HR Group Functions and oversee the improvement of Corporate Procurement people data (e.g. myTW and HR Shared Data Hub).
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of Global Procurement HR data, working with various sources such as HR systems, spreadsheets, and surveys.
  • Analyze global HR data to identify key trends and opportunities for action (e.g., headcount, diversity, talent, people insights), and provide management with clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Support important HR processes with your analytical expertise, including:
  • Performance Reviews: Play an active role in the administration and analysis of performance and succession reviews, helping to drive meaningful evaluations and development discussions.
  • Compensation Analysis: Analyze compensation data to support fair and transparent merit increase decisions, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices.
  • Employee Engagement Surveys: Dive into survey data to pinpoint strengths and areas for improvement in employee engagement, and provide actionable insights for enhancing employee experience.
  • Champion key Employee Engagement programs, including recognition and awards initiatives, to celebrate achievements and foster a positive work culture.
