Are you ready to drive innovation and efficiency within the HR organization? As an HR Performance and Portfolio Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how our HR department operates. This position is part of the HR Transformation, Performance and Portfolio team, which is crucial for enhancing employee experience and driving performance across the function. You'll be at the forefront of managing performance data, developing insightful dashboards, and supporting governance and planning initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and continuous process improvement. Are you up for the challenge? Accountabilities - Data Strategy and Roadmap: Design, socialize, and implement the HR Performance data strategy with clear outcomes, milestones, and KPIs. - Work with CoEs on their project portfolios; ROI Measurement: Support the development of robust models to assess and report on the ROI and value delivery of portfolio initiatives. - Governance / Portfolio Board Support: Establish and operate a data governance framework suitable for HR; prepare data-driven performance packs for Governance forums and the Portfolio Strategy Board. - Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships across business units, functions, and geographies to align priorities and improve value from sustainability data. - HR Planning Cycle Analytics: Support the annual HR planning cycle with relevant performance data, trends, and predictive analyses. - Support the HR performance journey with compelling data Visualizations & Insights: Produce clearly visualized dashboards and reports to communicate performance trends to senior stakeholders. - Data Integrity & Assurance: Ensure all reported data is validated, reliable, and fit for purpose. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Performance Director, project leads, and COEs to translate operational performance insight into actionable recommendations. - Ad-hoc: Additional responsibilities on risk reporting, business continuity ad hoc analysis as required. Essential Skills/Experience - Proven experience managing cross-functional projects using structured methodologies - Expertise in analyzing and working with data sets displaying commercial and financial acumen - Strong track record in implementing, tracking, and evaluating KPIs and SLA metrics - Skilled in leading collaborative meetings for decision making and actionable outcomes - Demonstrated ability to deliver results with customer-focused urgency - Advanced proficiency in MSPowerPoint, Smartsheets, Excel, and PowerBI Desirable Skills/Experience - Experience of working across in or supporting a HR function - Knowledge of AZ business operations outside HR - Experience in procurement processes - Background in shared services models - A background in consultancy or analyst type roles may be beneficial When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
