YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HR certification required.
  • 4+ years of HR experience with exposure to all key HR processes (e.g., Talent, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations).
  • Strong proficiency in data management and Excel (e.g., V-lookups, advanced formulas).
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for systems and analytics.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across teams.
  • Experience managing projects and driving implementation.
  • Resilient, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
  • Exposure to payroll processes is a plus, but not essential.

JOB PURPOSE:

Are you passionate about data, systems, and HR? This critical and varied role within the GBS UK HR Team offers a fantastic opportunity to make an impact. Working as part of a team of five, you’ll be responsible for developing and administering HR processes, providing day-to-day support, and delivering innovative solutions to enhance the line manager and employee experience.
This role is ideal for someone seeking a fresh challenge with a strong focus on data management, HR systems, and administration. You’ll play a vital part in creating, maintaining, and influencing company policies while delivering and managing employee Health & Wellbeing initiatives.

KEY TASKS:

  • Act as a trusted consultant, advising managers and employees on a variety of HR disciplines.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, tackling complex and non-routine challenges such as legal advice and analyzing data trends.
  • Keep up to date with developments in HR and labor legislation, ensuring compliance.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to managers on HR systems and policies.
  • Take ownership of HR information systems, including data input, cleansing, audits, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Lead the year-end processes for the UK, including merit review, bonus calculations, and managing related systems like CompConnect.
  • Analyze and report on HR metrics, staff costs, and forecasts, ensuring proficiency in Excel and advanced spreadsheet activities.
  • Manage UK payroll escalations, tax compliance, and annual audits in collaboration with third-party providers.
  • Design and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with company practices and local legislation.
  • Oversee benefits programs, including health, fringe benefits, and employee rewards, while maintaining vendor relationships and cost efficiency.
  • Manage and deliver Health & Wellbeing initiatives, collaborating with healthcare providers to support employees.
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness.
