Responsibilities
  • Support ticket dispatch and assignment for the HR Personnel Administration-Lifecycle Management Team
  • Update main process files, templates, and desktop procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Assign emails within the team’s functional group mailbox for timely responses
  • Complete tickets in SAP HR by handling and processing them accurately and promptly
  • Initiate continuous improvement projects where applicable to enhance workflow effectiveness
  • Handle various administrative tasks as needed to support the team’s operations smoothly
