As an HR Personnel Administration Specialist or Germany, you’ll play a key role in shaping a smooth and positive employee experience from day one to their very last day.   You’ll be the go-to person for seamless HR operations — managing onboarding, payroll inputs, documentation, and employee queries.   Job Responsibilities Manage core HR processes: onboarding, payroll inputs, data updates, benefits, and offboarding. Keep employee records accurate and compliant in systems like SAP (SuccessFactors), PISA (ServiceNow) and Employee Central. Prepare and manage key HR documents (contracts, certificates, records). Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via ticketing tools and email. Escalate complex cases when needed and ensure fast, reliable resolutions. Stay compliant with HR policies, GDPR, and local labor laws. Spot opportunities to simplify processes and improve service quality. Collaborate with other HR teams and escalate complex cases when needed, ensuring employees always get the help they need.   Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or personnel administration. Familiarity with HRIS (Employee Central, SuccessFactors); ticketing tools like ServiceNow are a plus. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English & German. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
