Our thriving veterinary clinic in Cashmere, WA is expanding from a one-doctor to a two-doctor practice, and we’re looking for an experienced HR/Practice Manager to help lead the way.

In this newly created role, you’ll:

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a growing team
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and scheduling
• Support financial and administrative processes
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including AAHA standards
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture
• Partner with our veterinary team to deliver outstanding patient and client care
