• Manage and optimize our digital HR systems (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD and Cornerstone) to enable efficient HR processes
• Act as the interface between HR, IT, and external providers
• Analyze, model, and improve global HR processes as part of our digital transformation initiative
• Translate HR needs into user-friendly, scalable digital solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of a strategic roadmap for our global HR systems
• Support the integration and interface management between HR systems and other IT platforms
• Ensure the continuous improvement of user journeys and process automationDrive process harmonization and standardization across countries and business units
