Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources professional to join our client's team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience in HR operations, with a strong understanding of MOHRE regulations, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labour law compliance. Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles in the real estate sector Support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires Maintain employee files and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge Monitor compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Must have strong understanding of MOHRE regulations, recruitment, employee relations, and UAE labour law compliance. At least 3 years local UAE of HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry Strong understanding of HR functions and processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software Experience in WPS, payroll and employee relations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Arabic Speaker (Preferred) Salary: AED 7,000 plus other benefits as per UAE labor law.
