Two of our HR Business Advisors, supporting the business units Technology & Transformation (T&T) and Audit & Assurance (A&A), are going on maternity leave and we are therefore looking for two new colleagues to join our HR Business Advisor teams in Copenhagen, temporarily, while they are away.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for two new colleagues, one senior profile and a more junior profile. In both positions you will be responsible for executing well-established processes as well as contributing to the optimization of these in an organization where no two days are alike.
We expect that you are proactive and structured with team spirit who enjoys combining HR and business with an excellent ability to understand the areas you work with. You take responsibility of own areas and tasks, and you contribute in the joint effort to achieve goals for the team.

Responsibilities
  • Advising and guiding leaders across Deloitte Technology & Transformation or Audit & Assurance on people matters (e.g. performance management, well-being, illness, vacation, retention)
  • Running the yearly HR-activities incl. engagement survey, upward feedback, and performance set-up
  • Analyzing and interpreting HR data and key figures and facilitating dialogue across teams
  • Being part of the HR Business Advisor team and provide support on cross-functional HR initiatives and processes
  • Push decisions and initiatives forward
