QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of experience in HR administration or a related role; onboarding or recruiting coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • A people-first mindset and commitment to delivering a positive employee and candidate experience
