Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The HR Programmes & Projects Specialist is responsible for managing internal HR projects and cross-departmental initiatives. Additionally, he/she is tasked with designing and optimizing Human Resources processes existing programmes, organizing mandatory Group-programmes onboarding and assists in administrative activities within the Human Resources department.
Independent execution of or involvement in national and international projects, initiatives and tasks, both within Human Resources and across departments or divisions, as well as the adaption / creation of the affected HR business processes.

The execution of these projects/tasks is carried out in accordance with the guidelines, theoretical foundation s and directives of DHL Group.

  • supports the implementation of new HR-related programs in coordination with the responsible project team and takes on the training of the HR teams as well as any affected employees.
  • assists in the administration of the company-wide cost reimbursement system and independently manages changes and the creation of employee profiles.
  • independently manages the application for necessary social security and secondment certificates in consultation with the responsible HR Business Partner.
  • assists in the creation of internal communication, focusing on project-related HR content.
  • defines and reviews internal HR processes (e.g. data entry in HR internal systems) as well as cross-departmental processes (e.g. employee-opinion survey, employee development)

YOUR TASKS:

  • Liaises with relevant Managers / project teams
  • Represent DHL Air Austria in group-internal projects meetings
  • Evaluates and improves currently used HR systems / processes
  • Takes over organizational cross-boarder tasks (e.g. German social security certificates)
  • Assists in improving internal communication of HR relevant projects
