Job Description The HR Project Analyst will support the delivery of a range of HR-led projects, including process improvement initiatives, data and reporting enhancements, and the implementation of new HR systems. The role will work closely with HR, IT, and wider business stakeholders to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience across HR processes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across projects, systems, and data, and who is comfortable operating in a change environment. Key Responsibilities Project Support & Delivery Support the planning and delivery of multiple small to medium HR projects Track project milestones, risks, actions, and dependencies Prepare project documentation, updates, and reports for stakeholders Coordinate activities across HR, IT, and third-party suppliers Support system testing, data migration, and implementation activities Data & Analytics Support HR reporting and analytics for both operational and project needs Produce dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making Help improve data accuracy, consistency, and governance Support the use of HR data during system implementation and change initiatives Stakeholder & Change Support Act as a point of contact for HR project-related queries Support change management activities, including communications and training materials Gather feedback from users to support continuous improvement Build strong working relationships across HR and the wider business Skills & Experience Essential Experience working in an HR, People, or business operations environment Experience supporting projects or change initiatives Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data and reports Good understanding of process improvement principles Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Confident communicator with a collaborative working style Desirable Experience working on HR system or HRIS implementations Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Business Objects or similar reporting tools Understanding of HR processes (e.g. onboarding, payroll, offboarding, job change, employee data) Experience working with external vendors or system providers Formal project management exposure (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Role Type: Fixed-term, Full-time
