Description

We’re looking for an HR Projects & Reporting Lead to join our HR Admin Team on a full-time permanent contract.
If you’re passionate about people, data, and driving transformation through insight and structure, this could be the role for you.
As the HR Projects & Reporting Lead, you’ll take ownership of key HR transformation projects and reporting initiatives across Bauer UK.
You’ll also work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure projects are delivered effectively, data is accurate, and reporting is meaningful and actionable.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Strategic Reporting - Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g. Gender Pay Gap, Ofcom, Northern Ireland, D&I), using tools like Power BI. Collaborate with the global reporting team to meet UK requirements.
  • Lead HR Project Delivery - Manage and track HR transformation projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables are aligned. Create dashboards, monitor costs, and report on progress and risks.
  • Ensure Data Integrity - Oversee the accuracy of People Source data, resolve technical issues, and support the HR team with system queries and inbox management.
  • Drive Process Improvement - Map and improve HR processes, identify operational gaps, and lead the development of user guides, training materials, and internal communications.
  • Support Annual Cycles - Lead reporting and coordination for annual salary and bonus reviews, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate Across Teams - Partner with HR colleagues in Audio and Publishing to deliver consistent, values-driven resources and reporting.
