Description Position Summary The Temporary HR Project Coordinator will provide dedicated project and administrative support to advance TIG’s safety, compliance, and HR integration initiatives across legacy and newly acquired entities. This role is critical to ensuring TIG remains compliant, audit-ready, and aligned under a “One TIG” operating model while allowing HR and Safety leadership to remain focused on strategic transformation efforts including compensation standardization, performance management implementation, and cultural integration. The position will support system integration, training compliance oversight, onboarding standardization, and employee file digitization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Training Systems Integration & Administration Research and evaluate the feasibility of integrating various training platform into Safety Plus to establish a single system of record for safety training and reporting. Support data integrity by maintaining and updating employee rosters from Paylocity into Safety Plus to ensure accurate training assignments upon hire and role changes. Assign and monitor KnowBe4 compliance training and ensure required training is aligned by position and regulatory requirements. Track completion metrics and follow up on overdue training assignments to maintain compliance. Onboarding & Compliance Alignment Develop and coordinate a standardized onboarding workflow that embeds required safety and compliance training from day one. Ensure training assignments are automated and aligned by job classification. Partner with HRBPs and site leadership to reinforce accountability and compliance adherence. Safety Program Administration Support safety initiatives including safety vest distribution tracking and safety shoe stipend administration. Monitor deadlines and maintain accountability tracking for employees who do not complete required training. Maintain documentation required for audit and reporting purposes. Employee File Digitization & Documentation Lead digitization of employee files Ensure files are compliant with retention, I-9, and documentation standards. Organize electronic files within TIG’s standardized HR drive structure. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or related field OR at least 2 years of experience in HR, compliance coordination, training administration, or project support. Experience working with HRIS systems preferred Experience with LMS platforms, Safety Plus, Litmos, KnowBe4 a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel tracking required).
