This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within HR project management, program delivery, and develop valuable skills for a future career in human resources Responsabilities: What you will be doing Project Support: Collaborate with global project manager to assist in planning, organizing, and executing Group HR projects related to onboarding and talent acquisition. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze regional and global data to provide insights and recommendations for project decision-making throughout project liefcycles. Documentation: Generate and maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes. Research: Stay informed about HR industry best practices and trends to contribute valuable ideas to project strategies. Problem Solving: Work with the team to identify and address project-related challenges and find creative solutions Challenges of the role: Collaborating with regional stakeholders to meet project phase deliverables. Gaining adoption and alignment with stakeholders across regions and countries. Building effective communication strategies Drafting reporting that provides status updates related to all project stages to senior leadership. Meeting project deadlines in ambiguous environmen Knowledge/Experiences/Required skills Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to take initiatives and also to collaborate with a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
