Responsibilities

This role is a key part of our HR Projects team, which is responsible for driving the successful delivery of a portfolio of initiatives at a global, regional and/or local level. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across all levels and functions, helping to shape the future of our HR services and employee experience.

  • Project Delivery - Facilitate the successful delivery of multiple regional HR initiatives, spanning incremental improvements to large-scale corporate transformation, while contributing to broader portfolio-level projects through strategic coordination and influence.
  • Project Governance - Manage the delivery of projects in line with defined governance frameworks, including the development of structured project plans, reporting, and document control. Ensure the successful close-down of workstreams, capturing lessons learned to inform continuous improvement and future delivery excellence.
  • Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across all levels and functions, ensuring collaboration supports consistent service delivery and alignment with project objectives.
  • Change Management - Facilitate the change management aspects of projects within scope, ensuring alignment with broader HR transformation efforts and enabling smooth adoption through structured planning and delivery.
  • Process Design - Lead process design activity in collaboration with subject matter experts, ensuring alignment with project scope, service delivery expectations, and operational effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • Proven experience in facilitating the delivery of complex HR projects and change initiatives within large organisations, with a strong understanding of governance and service delivery frameworks.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management, including the use of structured methodologies and tools to support behavioural, process, and cultural transformation.
  • Strong facilitative leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholder groups and drive collaborative decision-making across functions and geographies.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate organisational priorities into actionable project plans, ensuring delivery of measurable benefits and continuous improvement.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office tools

Desirable

  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet or similar project portfolio management tools, with experience in structured reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Good understanding of HR operating models, processes, policies, and systems.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, or Pillars of Change).
