Accountabilities: In this role, within the HR Project and Portfolio Management team, you'll be part of a dynamic global team of project managers driving pivotal HR transformations across the business. As HR Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: • Developing comprehensive project plans. • Engaging stakeholders. • Managing risks, budgets, and performance metrics. • Ensuring quality standards and facilitating project closure processes. • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cooperation on project deliverables. Essential Skills/Experience: • More than 5 years of experience in managing projects. • Experience managing projects in a global environment and coordinating work across different functions. • Very good written and spoken communication skills in English. • Strong attention to detail. • Proficient in using relevant office equipment and systems. • Experienced with a variety of software and systems. • Effective collaborator, capable of working successfully across multiple functions. • Holds Project Management certification. Desirable Skills/Experience: • Experience working on global or large-scale HR programmes.
