Summary: The Project Manager II oversees multiple projects or one larger scale project, managing considerable resources and integration functions. They initiate, coordinate, and complete parallel projects within the Project Management Office, building strong relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments. Responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, they also manage the project budget, develop project plans, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction through proactive management and continuous improvement efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in the field of work required.
• 3+ years of experience with Project Management for a single large-scale project or multiple projects at once required, preferably HR Projects.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

• Various Project Management tools (i.e. Smartsheet, ServiceNow, MS Project, etc.)PMP certified or equivalent preferred
