Description
About Port: At Port.io, we are building an open and flexible Agentic Engineering Platform for modern engineering organizations. Following our recent $100M Series C funding round, we are in a phase of rapid hypergrowth with strong enterprise momentum. We act as the central nervous system for engineering, enabling platform teams to unify their stack and expose it as a governed layer through golden paths for developers and AI agents. By combining rich engineering context, workflows, and actions, we help organizations transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining control and accountability. As a product-led company, we believe in building world-class platforms that fundamentally shape how modern engineering organizations operate. As we continue our rapid growth, we're looking for an Account Executive who will take ownership of a segment of Port's enterprise territories. Partnering with our Sales team, you'll craft your own pipeline and join forces with our adept Sales Engineers to secure deals that range from five to seven figures. About Your Day-to-Day: As an HR Project Manager at Port, you will lead and execute strategic, cross-company HR initiatives from concept to rollout. You will work closely with the VP of HR, HRBPs, managers, and cross-functional partners to translate HR strategy into structured, scalable programs. While HRBPs focus on ongoing people partnership, employee relations, and business-facing advisory, the HR Project Manager owns designing, building, executing and scaling HR programs and infrastructures across the company. As part of your responsibilities, you will: Own end-to-end delivery of strategic HR programs such as onboarding, leveling & certification frameworks, talent assessment, and people development initiatives. Translate HR strategy into clear, structured project plans with defined scope, timelines, ownership, and success metrics. Partner closely with HRBPs to turn business needs and people challenges into scalable, actionable HR solutions. Lead cross-functional execution with managers, HR leadership, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout and adoption. Drive continuous improvement through data, feedback, and clear reporting on progress and impact to HR leadership. What Success Will Look Like? One to two major HR programs fully designed, launched, and adopted (for example: a new onboarding framework or a company-wide leveling and certification model) Clear ownership boundaries and strong collaboration between HRBPs and HR project execution HR initiatives running on structured project plans with clear timelines, documentation, and success metrics Managers experiencing clearer processes, better tools, and improved confidence in people-related frameworks HR leadership having better visibility, predictability, and scalability across core people programs Employees experiencing more clarity around growth, expectations, and development paths Requirements 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within HR, People Operations, or organizational development Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from concept through execution Strong understanding of HR domains such as onboarding, performance management, leveling frameworks, talent assessment, or employee development Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and bias for action Experience in a scaling tech or SaaS company is a strong advantage Fluency in English and Hebrew is required
