Opportunity Overview: Project Manager - Human Resources – 6 Month Contract
WECTEC Staffing/Westinghouse is seeking a Project Manager - Human Resources. This is a contract position & US citizenship is required.
We are seeking an expert professional to lead HR related projects within the HR and compliance domains.

WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOKS LIKE:

  • Lead assigned cross-functional HR projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
  • Develop project plans, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to HR leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project outcomes
  • Analyze positions within scope to ensure equity, competitiveness, and compliance.
  • Work with business leaders and HR stakeholders to develop standardized job descriptions
  • Collect and review applicable contracts related to the project.
  • Evaluate existing HR processes, policies, and workflows to identify inefficiencies or gaps in service delivery.
  • Make recommendations to various HR stakeholders to include but not limited to analyzing the financial impact of proposed changes.

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred. Relevant work experience will be assessed in lieu of degree.
  • Expertise in analyzing compensation data.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices and programs and FLSA compliance.
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to multi-task and manage time with competing priorities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
  • Proficiency in HR systems and technology.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across teams and levels
