JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions within our real estate company. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • 2-3years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Can join immediately.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience working with real estate agencies, property developers, or brokerage firms.
  • Familiarity with commission-based compensation structures.

  • Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Employee Relations & Performance Management:
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Develop and implement performance evaluation processes.
  • Support team motivation and engagement initiatives.
  • HR Compliance & Policies:
  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Handle visa processing and work permits for employees.
  • Training & Development:
  • Organize training programs for sales, property management, and administration teams.
  • Assist in career development planning and succession strategies.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee payroll, bonuses, and commission structures.
  • Manage employee benefits, leaves, and incentive programs.
