• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, for GCC countries for engineering services industry.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in blue-collar recruitment for engineering, oil & gas, maintenance, and related industries across GCC and India.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, selection, and onboarding.
• Rope Access (IRATA) industry experience is highly appreciated.
• Strong sourcing network and ability to recruit technical and skilled manpower.
• Must have solid experience and contacts for mass hiring (direct & agencies) across India for GCC market.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent manpower requirements.
• Must be capable to organize and execute recruitment drives and hiring programmes across various cities in India.
• Experience and contacts with Nepal agencies will be an added advantage.
• IT / ITES recruitment experience will not be considered.
• Work Location : Sharjah/ Abu Dhabi
