Experience: 2-3 Years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition ( Home country experience )

Salary: Up to AED 3,000 + COMMISSION

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking channels
• Screen and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews and provide recruitment support to hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment records
• Support onboarding and employee engagement activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience using recruitment platforms and ATS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
