Description American Lumper Services is a growing Nationwide Warehouse Management company seeking a hybrid HR/ Recruiting Specialist. In this position, you will be the bridge between talent and our internal team, managing end-to-end recruitment while supporting employee retention and daily HR operations. Candidate must be reliable and have excellent organizational and time management skills, along with exceptional communication skills. This is an in-person position. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm Pay rate: $30-$32 per hour ( depending on experience) Weekly pay Benefits: Health Insurance- 30 days after starting PTO 401K- after 180 days (6 months) On-Demand pay Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Targeting and contacting multiple candidates daily Post job openings Conducting in-person and or phone interviews Scheduling interviews for the manager/supervisors Extend job offers Organizing and tracking the onboarding process Conducting new hire orientations Tracking attendance and payroll Running background checks Working with on-site managers to keep staffing levels at appropriate levels Other duties as assigned Employer participates in E-Verify Requirements Must be fluent in English and Spanish Undergo a background check in accordance with state law Ability to maintain confidentiality Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Organizational skills 1 yr recruiting/HR experience Previous experience in the same or similar role Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Gmail, and Google Docs Positive attitude Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Must have reliable transportation
