Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

The Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support Branford Real Estate’s business growth. The role requires strong knowledge of real estate industry hiring practices, excellent networking skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of Branford Real Estate.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for various roles (sales, admin, marketing, property consultants, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidate pipelines.
  • Manage job postings on internal and external platforms to ensure maximum visibility.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate with HR for offer letters, onboarding, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up to date with real estate market trends and competitor hiring strategies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.
