We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to become a part of our team and take on a vital role in the recruitment and retention of outstanding talent.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in reaching out to potential hires through various pathways, including social media networks and referrals from current employees.
The main responsibility of the Recruiter is to ensure the company not only attracts and brings aboard outstanding staff but also maintains a strong pipeline of skilled individuals.

REQUIREMENTS

Good Personality and confidence
Prior experience in Real Estate Industry in Dubai preferred
Good Negotiation and convincing skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per mont

Create and execute an all-encompassing recruitment strategy
Craft and revise job descriptions and specifications
Develop recruitment materials and advertise job openings on suitable platforms
Review resumes and applications
Conduct interviews using reliable tools to screen candidates on time
Evaluate applicants’ knowledge, skills, experience, and attitudes
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Implement HR recruiting best practices
