• Good understanding of visa processing and labor compliance
• Familiarity with UAE/GCC labor markets
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to handle volume hiring under tight deadlines

Experience:

• Blue Collar Recruitment: 2 years (Required)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (e.g., technicians, laborers, drivers, cleaners, etc.)
• Coordinate with manpower agencies and local vendors for sourcing
• Conduct interviews, trade tests, and reference checks
• Manage documentation for visa processing and onboarding
• Track manpower requirements and ensure timely deployment
• Maintain a talent pool for bulk and urgent hiring
• Report hiring status to HR Manager and line departments regularly
