Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to offer and onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions and job advertisements.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, skills, and salary expectations.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and competency-based assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior management.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Conduct reference and background checks where required.
• Negotiate salary and employment terms within approved budgets.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate pre-employment documentation.

Manpower Planning & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with department heads to understand current and upcoming manpower requirements.
• Advise management on candidate availability, market salaries, and recruitment timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Track open vacancies and provide weekly recruitment updates to management.
• Ensure vacancies are closed within agreed timelines.

Onboarding

• Coordinate with HR and Corporate Services teams for visa, medical, Emirates ID, insurance, and other joining formalities.
• Ensure all new hires submit the required documentation before joining.
• Coordinate joining dates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee documentation.
