HR Recruiter – IT Recruitment Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana Work Mode: Onsite Shift Timings: Eastern Time Shift – 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for technical positions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and job specifications. Schedule and coordinate technical interviews. Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Negotiate compensation and ensure smooth onboarding. Build and maintain a strong database of IT professionals. Ensure timely closure of positions with quality candidates Requirements Hands-on experience in IT recruitment. Strong knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn hiring. Experience in sourcing technical profiles across multiple technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring strategies. Ability to work in night shifts aligned with Eastern Time. Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience working with US staffing or IT hiring is an added advantage. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools preferred. Experience 2–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Hiring.
