As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping a strong workforce and positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Draft and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
  • Support performance management processes, training, and development programs.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and resolve issues professionally.
  • Assist management with HR reports, data analysis, and workforce planning.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR experience (real estate or property industry experience preferred).
  • Solid understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is an advantage.
  • European Language Speaker Preferred
