Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our SkySun team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting the right talent to support our rapidly expanding teams across geographies. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies. Utilise job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks for talent sourcing. Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment reports. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer management. Support HR functions including onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
