Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles within SkySun/Lytegen. Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, and internal referrals. Conduct HR screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports accurately. Support onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation. Collaborate with HR and operations teams across India and the US. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
