Requirements

• Male candidates only
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HR Recruitment – Mandatory
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing
• Experience in recruiting blue-collar and white-collar positions
• Good knowledge of UAE labour market and recruitment practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with job portals, social media, HRIS, and MS Office
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements
• Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment channels
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process
• Manage candidate follow-ups and onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
