Corporate Services Management (CSM) is an award winning specialized integrated facilities maintenance and cleaning services provider for large showcase Fortune 500 corporate headquarters and other complex commercial, industrial, and government properties. Headquartered in suburban Atlanta, Georgia, the Company provides services to large commercial accounts in and around the Atlanta airport.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. The Recruiter will help oversee all aspects of the recruitment process including onboarding, and compliance. The HR Recruiter reports directly to the Chief HR Officer.

Education:

  • Associate degree in human services, business or related field preferred, or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, business, or related field, or equivalent experience preferre

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of full-life cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, change management, with working knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of overseeing onboarding process preferre

  • Proficiency working with various HRIS software
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  • Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and select qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company’s technologies, processes, and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Attend company meetings and events as needed.
