Reporting to the Human Resource Business Partner, the HR Recruiter understands staffing needs in order to source, identify and attract role special talent for key roles across all MedWiz facilities. The ideal candidate will manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates via job boards and networking to conduct screenings/interviews, and ensure a seamless placement for employers and job seekers. Overall, the HR recruiter will manage the entire hiring process to ensure a good fit and compliance with regulations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Predictable, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job role. · Strategy and Sourcing: Develop recruitment strategies, post job ads, network, and use databases to find talent. · Candidate Management: Screen resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, management of applicant tracking systems (ATS), and build strong relationships. · Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:?Work closely with various departments and key stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, in order to ensure a pipeline of top talent for critical roles. · Hiring Process: Coordinate interviews, check references/backgrounds, verify licenses, certifications, · Process Improvement and Innovation:?Continuously assess and improve existing hiring process, generate recruiting reports, and metrics. · Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities:?Leverages HR technologies and platforms to build a talent pipeline PHYSICAL DEMANDS:? The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The regular work schedule for this position is approximately 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) and may require additional hours/overtime as necessary. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception, Ability to adjust focus and Ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, bend, and walk. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:? Knowledge and understanding of the pharmacy landscape, in the medical, long term care, and/or pharmacy field is a plus! Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred; or equivalent work experience • Three (3) years of recruiting experience required; Prior experience in the Pharmacy industry a plus. • Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS; Paylocity experience strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment law, compliance standards, and workforce trends. • Experience in benchmarking and networking/sourcing ideas. • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interface with multiple and diverse customer needs. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word, Excel and Power Point Language Skills: Ability to read, interpret and speak effectively, both in person and by telephone, to candidates and employees of the organization.
