QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years Real Estate Experience
• Recruitment, Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in conducting interviews and candidate assessment
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
