Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored hiring strategies.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide insights through reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Degree (Graduation is Mandatory)
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience with sourcing techniques with recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
